Our photo session, which is a casual and fun couple of hours, will take place at an outdoor location of your choice - a local park, the beach, or your own backyard. I have a few favorite locations I can suggest as well. An on-location session lasts about two hours and can include a few clothing changes, if you'd like.

A pre-session design consultation is essential. I like to meet my subjects before the actual shoot day - it helps to make them more comfortable in front of the camera. This meeting will also give us a chance to discuss locations, clothing, and your particular family. At the consultation, we'll also discuss what this investment means to you as well as what size portraits you're thinking about and where you might want to hang them.

We will discuss all the particulars, but one important thing to keep in mind as you think about choosing a booking date: it's important that the portrait subjects be happy, comfortable and well-rested.

The photo session fee is $250, which covers the creation of the photographs and the processing of proofs. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance due at the session.

Approximately two weeks after your photo session, a preview slide presentation of 30 to 40 select images will take place in your home or in my studio. At that time, you can narrow down your favorites and we'll discuss the various photo album and wall portrait options available. I work with outstanding printing labs, suppliers and craftsmen through which I am proud to offer prints, canvases, framing, photo albums and other display options.

We will be happy to assist you in selecting a harmonious combination of matting and framing as well as albums for grandparents and other relatives. Then leave the rest to us. High quality products will be ready for your enjoyment in two to three weeks. For large wall portraits, a picture-hanging professional is available at no additional cost to come to your home to securely hang your new treasure.

Holiday cards, birth announcements, party invitations, and other occasion greeting cards are available in various sizes and finishes. A motion slide show set to music is also an available option.
